Can I go outside the metro area?

We specialise in transfers within the metro area. However, if you have an event in a regional area we may be able to accommodate you in one of our modern vehicles. Give us a call to discuss the possibilities.

In there a minimum time booking?

We customise packages to suit YOUR needs. Whether you require 1 hour or 4, we tailor a package to suit you. As a general rule, the longer the booking, the cheaper the hourly rate becomes.

When should I book?

If you are booking for a wedding then get in early to avoid disappointment! It’s not uncommon for weddings to be booked 2 years in advance.

Saturday and Friday are the most popular days for 2017!

Can we drink in the car?

We provide complimentary bottled water and soft drinks which you are welcome to consume in the cars. We also provide champagne flutes if you would like to bring along a bottle which can be stored in the esky.

Can we eat in the car?

Unfortunately food is not permitted inside the cars. You are welcome to bring packaged food along to eat when you arrive at your destination.

What if we go overtime on our booking?

If you go overtime with your booking you will be charged for the extra time as per our terms and conditions.

Can you pick us up from more than one address?

Absolutely. Just provide us with the locations within the metro area and we will collect you. Just keep in mind that pick ups from multiple addresses can be time consuming so make sure you factor this into your booking.

Can I see the cars first?

Of course! Just give us a call or send through an email and we can organise a time for you to inspect the cars.

How many passengers can go in each car?

Check out our cars page for all the information on our vehicles, including the number of passengers each car can transport. As a general rule it will be 4 passengers.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We only require a $200 deposit per car for any booking. The balance will be due 1 month prior to the event. If you are booking less than 1 month before your event we will require payment in full at the time of booking.

How many photo locations can I go to?

It is entirely up to you but make sure you allow enough time to cover all your locations and make it to the reception on time. Your wedding photos are something you will cherish forever and our driver will assist your photographer to make sure your photos are perfect. You should talk to your photographer to find out how long will be required at each location.

Are wedding ribbons supplied?

Yes! We have a wide choice of colours available to decorate the cars. You just have to pick one!!

Do you do late night getaways?

Yes we do. We use our modern vehicles for the late night getaways. This can be booked along with your other wedding transportation or later on if you prefer.

Can I drive the car myself?

Unfortunately not. Our cars are not insured for you to drive them yourself. However our chauffeurs are all experienced drivers with the appropriate licence to transport you.
